Open Library

Learning is better when shared

The Open Library turns private learning conversations into a public resource. Articles and video lessons created through Relearn are searchable, browsable, and free for anyone to explore.

Why we built this

Most learning happens in isolation. A student struggles with a concept, works through it with an AI tutor, finally understands it, and then that entire journey disappears. The questions asked, the visual explanations generated, the exact moment of understanding — all of it stays locked in a single chat session.

We thought that was a waste. If one student spent thirty minutes working through Fourier transforms and came out the other side with a clear, well-structured understanding, why shouldn't the next student benefit from that journey?

The Open Library is our answer. When a learner has a conversation that produces genuine insight, they can publish it as an article — complete with the AI-generated video explanations created during the session. That article becomes part of a growing, searchable library that anyone can access.

It's not a wiki and it's not a textbook. It's something new: a collection of real learning experiences, each one capturing a unique path to understanding.

What makes it different

Articles from real conversations

Every article in the Open Library started as a genuine learning conversation. They capture the questions asked, the explanations given, and the moments where understanding clicked.

Video lessons alongside articles

Articles often include AI-generated video explanations that visualize complex concepts. The Open Library surfaces these videos so you can find visual explanations for any topic.

Search that understands context

Our search goes beyond titles. It searches through video transcripts to match your query with the actual content being explained, so you find results based on substance, not just keywords.

Share what you've learned

Had a breakthrough learning session? Publish it to the Open Library so others can benefit from your journey. Your conversation becomes a resource for the next student stuck on the same concept.

Why it matters

Learn from how others learn

Traditional resources give you polished explanations. The Open Library gives you something different: real learning paths from real students. See how others approached a topic, what questions they asked, and what explanations finally made it click.

Every perspective adds value

The same topic explained by different people, through different conversations, produces different insights. A calculus article written from a physics student's conversation looks very different from one written by a computer science student. Both are valuable.

A growing knowledge base

Every published conversation makes the library richer. Over time, the Open Library becomes a comprehensive, community-built resource covering STEM topics from every angle and at every level.
